How big of a group can Harbor Town Pub host for a private party?

Groups under 10 can walk in any time. Groups of 10 to 99 can book instantly online. Groups of 100 or more should submit an inquiry so our team can plan the buyout with you.

Can I rent out the arcade for my party?

Yes. You can reserve the arcade games for your group as part of your party booking — great for birthdays, work happy hours, and team celebrations.

Do you provide food and drinks for private events?

Yes — we offer party menus from our full kitchen plus the entire bar: 16 handles of draft beer, classic cocktails, wine, and shots.

How far in advance should I book a party?

Two to four weeks is ideal, especially for weekends. Weeknights and smaller groups can often be booked within a few days.

Is there a minimum spend or deposit?

Minimum spend depends on group size, day of week, and whether you reserve a section or the full space. We'll confirm the details when you book or inquire.

• Every item is a tray sized for 10, 20, or 40 guests — stack trays for bigger groups (40 + 20 = 60).
• For a full meal, plan about one handheld or burrito per guest plus one to two shareables across the table.
• For grazing, two to three shareables per 10 guests works well.
• Drinks are added on consumption — open tab, drink tickets, beer buckets, or pay-as-you-go.
